Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the ReelForge service (the "Service"). The Service is provided by [Company legal name: COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME] ([Address: COMPANY_ADDRESS], [Country: COMPANY_COUNTRY]). By creating an account you accept these terms.

1. The Service

ReelForge produces short social media videos from the company and product details you enter, optionally with the help of AI. Videos are produced in exchange for credits; writing and editing scripts is free.

2. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password confidential.
  • You may not transfer your account to anyone else or abuse the Service with automated tools.

3. Payments and reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles customer service inquiries and returns. Prices, taxes and invoices are shown and issued by Paddle.

  • Credit packs are one-time purchases; credits never expire.
  • Monthly plans renew every month until canceled, and each successful payment adds the plan's credits. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • If a video can't be produced, the credits spent are refunded automatically.

4. Content and responsibility

  • You confirm that you hold the necessary rights and permissions for the text, logos, screenshots, customer reviews and music you upload (including a license for music).
  • You own the right to use the videos produced. You are responsible for checking that the content is accurate before publishing it.
  • Producing misleading, unlawful or hateful content, or content that infringes the rights of others, is prohibited and may lead to suspension of your account.
  • AI-written copy may contain mistakes; the Service lets you edit everything before publishing.

5. Availability

We provide the Service with reasonable care but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages.

6. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; we will announce important changes by email or within the Service.
